We are currently looking for a:
COO PERSONAL ASSISTANT
As Personal Assistant to the COO you will be responsible for all administrative and organizational support.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Operate phone, fax and email systems, secretarial and administrative tasks;
Organize agenda and pro-actively facilitate an accurate overview on on-going activities;
Create reports and prepare presentations;
Liaise with the legal teams;
Assist in the overall filing and archiving organization of the department;
Following up and updating client files, direct client liaison when deemed appropriate;
Establish and maintain a highly efficient administration process;
You will be located in Lyon (Part-Dieu area)
Your Profile :
To be considered for this challenging role, you should be able to demonstrate the following:
100% fluency in English is absolutely mandatory (written and spoken). The knowledge of other language (except French) would be a major plus;
Excellent computer skills;
Discretion, flexibility, rigor and resilience (able to work until 7pm);
Strong sense of professional responsibility and sound judgment;
Able to work with a minimum of supervision and under pressure;
Excellent presentation and very good communication skills;
Availability for International trips, mainly in Europe (30 to 50% of time).
