The group LABEL HABITAT is leading e-commerce business with an annual turnover of 30 million € for 2016. Operating with more than 7 online stores in France and recently UK, the group consolidates over 30,000 products for "Home & Security" allowing a strong potential growth for the coming years.
For our online stores Mistergatesdirect.com (UK) and Mistermenuserie.com (FR), the group LABEL HABITAT is currently recruiting a Sales Advisor, native English / knowledge French.
In this context and following a comprehensive training based on tools and the company's products, your mission is to:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails directly with customers B2C and B2B.
- Prospect among B2B customers operating in carpentry (installation driveway gates, doors, gate openers,≥)
- Animate and develop customer loyalty (evaluate, advise, technical support)
- Follow up quotes and negotiate with customers in respect of com pany's objectives.
- Set up and manage B2B customer database.
Profile:
* Strong commercial ability & skills
* Preferential experience in business sector carpentry (installation driveway gates, doors, windows, ..)
* Customer relationship management, teamwork, dedication, commitment and diligence.
* Sense of service, quality and results, and customer oriented.
* Dynamics, stress resistant & autonomous.
Know how:
* Native English, good knowledge of French
* Good computer skills base
* You have at least 2 years' experience in outbound communication within a commercial environment.
Terms & Conditions:
* Fixed term contract (CDI)
* Based in Saint-Marcel (27), 70 km West of Paris
* 36 hours per week - Monday to Friday
* Remuneration : according to profile and experiences (fixed + variable)
